By using Farever's 1st Trade Hub you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

User conduct

• No scams, phishing, or fraudulent listings.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
• No spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No illegal content or content infringing others' rights.

Violations can lead to content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans at our discretion.

Real-money trading policy

Real-money trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited on this platform. All listings, trades, exchanges, and negotiations must involve only in-game items and in-game currency (gold).

• Offering to buy or sell in-game items, accounts, or gold for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any form of external payment is not allowed.
• Redirecting users to external sites, marketplaces, or payment processors for real-money deals is prohibited.
• Any listing, message, or profile content promoting or facilitating RMT will be removed without notice.

Accounts involved in RMT may be suspended or permanently banned. This policy exists to protect players and to respect the game's terms of service.

Trades between users

The hub is a coordination tool. Trades happen in-game between players. We are not a party to your trades and don't guarantee the conduct, identity, or honesty of any user. Use the rating, report, and block tools to protect yourself and the community.

Your content

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the site so the hub can function.

Intellectual property

"Farever" and related game assets belong to their respective owners. This site is fan-run and not affiliated with the makers of Farever. Game data shown here is used to facilitate community trade and discussion.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of prices or item data, or that bugs will be fixed on any timeline.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or trades coordinated through it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
